Smart Education, Ltd. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these terms on accessing our applications. You can purchase Smart Education’s digital contents in this app. The Pricing will be shown on the final confirmation screen. You will purchase our application through Google Inc., iTunes K.K., KDDI Corporation NTT DOCOMO, Inc. or Amazon.co.jp or Amazon.com. Inc. as prescribed.
2) Precaution
This application will be the possession of the user as soon as it is purchased. When purchasing content, you will be charged communication fee additionally. Regarding payments, Smart Education Ltd. will not be liable for any dispute between the purchaser such as Google Inc., iTunes K.K., KDDI Corporation NTT DOCOMO, Inc. or Amazon.co.jp or Amazon.com. Inc. and the matter should be resolved between them. Minors must receive permission from adults to purchase content. If you uninstall this application before receiving purchased content, you will need to contact us to get it. Smart Education Ltd. will not be liable to refund because of the lateness of providing content to user. Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unless otherwise indicated, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their term.
3. Prohibited acts
Purchaser of this content may not exchange content with cash. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you.
